With the advent of hardcore music leaking into the mainstream, Fear Before the March of Flames are happy to just be themselves. Formed in July 2002, the band combines the temperament of the Blood Blothers with the intricacies of Converge and throws in a bit of Botch for good measure. What emerged was one of the most frantic, frenetic sounds to come out of Colorado. Buzz grew with the band, who soon found themselves opening for the likes of Underoath, Vaux, and The Blood Blothers.
