Some pedigrees write themselves while on the way up and then if lucky, they become as one. FOUR BY FATE is the culmination of six, then four talented, seasoned musicians who came together by calculated chance. This end result is quite plainly driven. Bass guitarist and producer John Regan (Peter Frampton, Stephen Stills, John Waite, Frehley's Comet) has the monumental musical background that would eventually lead to the other three musicians in the band. Singer, songwriter, guitarist, keyboardist, and producer Tod Howarth (Ted Nugent Band, Cheap Trick, Frehley's Comet) encountered John while he was on tour with Cheap Trick doing keys and vocals and ended up joining Ace Frehley's Comet with John already solidified. Drummer and percussionist Rob Affuso came from rock royalty as well, playing in Platinum-selling group SKID ROW. Guitarist, singer, songwriter, keyboardist, and producer Pat Gasperini (Pound, Flywheel) has mapped his way through the business not only by way of talent but his songwriting ability. Celebrated drummer AJ Pero from Twisted Sister performs on six songs. These songs are thought to be his last recordings before tragically passing away in 2015. Canadian guitarist, singer, and songwriter Sean Kelly (Helix and Nelly Furtado) was the band's original second guitarist and he is credited with guitar work on the album.
