One of the greatest groups to ever hit the Baltimore scene – and one who've never fully gotten their due, given that they recorded for a variety of different labels, on a career that never saw them issuing a full length LP! This set nicely corrects that fact, as it brings together cuts by the group from almost a ten year period – with a vibe that runs from late 60s harmony soul to some wonderful 70s moments that really have them stretching out, getting hip, and working through some new ideas. The group recorded much of this material in Philly and New Jersey – and get hip help from studio giants like Thom Bell, Bobby Martin, George Kerr, and Robert Banks – who create settings that are sophisticated, but really soar with the group's vocals – maybe a bit at a level that's like The Dells at their best. Titles include "Crazy About Your Love (parts 1)", "Handwriting On The Wall", "Count To Ten", "For Your Love", "Tomorrow", "My Letter To You", "My Girl Is Made Of Candy", "There Is Beauty", "As Long As You Love Me", and "Making Up Time (parts 1 & 2)"
