JACKET: EXCELLENT Original perforated version.
First issue, sixth version; comes with a black 12x12 die-cut outer sleeve and an orange insert. The sleeve has been cut with the lozenges going diagonally from left to right. This version came about as a result of the 2nd version black outer sleeves, having the orange sleeve of the 1st version used instead of the intended pink inner.
