More importantly than any online statistic, the ability to craft monster hooks against wild beats and picturesque lyrics are what separates PLAYRADIOPLAY! from your typical 'myspace phenom.' PLAYRADIOPLAY! (aka Dan Hunter) has fostered his unique sound over the past year and a half while finishing up high school outside of Dallas, TX (that's right he is ONLY 17 years old). PRP has an amazing relationship with his online fans, as he has regularly kept them abreast of everything from song development to his personal life. It's truly a unique artist/fan community, and a sign of the future of artist development. The Frequency EP was self-produced, though PRP has recently begun recording with mega-rock producer Jackknife Lee (U2, Snow Patrol, Kasabian) for the artist's 2008 debut album.
