Rebecca Loebe is a laid-back award-winning indie-folk singer from Atlanta, GA. Since quitting her job as a full-time recording studio engineer in 2006, she has performed 100+ shows per year at colleges, coffeehouses and theaters in over 30 states of the US and in Europe. In the spring of 2011, her performance on the US premiere of "The Voice" impressed celebrity coaches Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine, prompting them both to ask her to work with them. Although participating in a major network television show gave Loebe's career an undeniable boost, she had already been supporting herself as a fulltime touring indie/roots singing songwriter for 4 years. In the May of 2009 she was honored as a winner of the Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Award, and the next year her full-length album 'Mystery Prize' spent over 2 months on both the US and European Americana Charts. In the UK, Mystery Prize received a 4-star review from Maverick Magazine, which reported the "sophomore album sparkles and bubbles." Ed Muitjens of Johnny's Garden in The Netherlands wrote, "'Mystery Prize' exhales originality and creativity." Of Rebecca herself, TX music critic Jeanna Goodrich said, "Her voice instantly took my breath away; I could tell right from the start: Rebecca Loebe was born for this.
