Russ Irwin is a Singer-Songwriter,multi-instrumentalist,producer and artist from New York.He has worked with artists including Aerosmith,Sting,Bryan Adams,Meatloaf,Scorpions,Clay Aiken,Paul Stanley (Kiss),Curt Smith (Tears for Fears) Duncan Sheik and many others.He has performed on such shows as the Grammy's,The Oscars,the Super bowl,the MTV music Awards,Saturday Night Live,David Letterman,Jay Leno and the Howard Stern Show.At the start of his career,Russ was signed to SBK/EMI records as a singer-songwriter in 1991.He made his self-titled record with legendary record producer Phil Ramone (Billy Joel,Paul McCartney,Paul Simon).The album led to the top 40 hit 'My Heart Belongs to You,' and the rock hit 'I Need You Now.'.It was in 1994 that Russ teamed up with Tears for Fears lead singer, Curt Smith to form the band ‘Mayfield.’ The band received great critical acclaim and directly led to Russ working with the band 'Aerosmith.' For the next ten years,he would tour with Aerosmith as a keyboardist,guitarist and background vocalist on 6 world tours.
