Sound the Alarm are products of their environment. They formed at the age of 12 in a small town east of Allentown, PA, and were raised on an older brother's record collection: Factor healthy doses of Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin with a steady diet of modern rock bands including 30 Seconds to Mars, Incubus and My Chemical Romance, and the band's infectious sound dilates into focus. Frontman Cody Jancovic, bassist Colin Ellis, guitarists Brian Chiusano, Joe Brule and drummer Rick Stephans were still in high school when they were discovered by Grammy-nominated producer Howard Benson and recorded their debut album under his direction. Now in their late teens, Sound the Alarm have been touring the U.S building up awareness for their new album on Sparky Dog (Howard Bensons's label)/Geffen
