Stairsteps - 2nd Resurrection (1976) (Audio CD - 1/7/2014)

The 1976 Dark Horse Records album "2nd Resurrection" by The Stairsteps has long been one of those 'hard to find' releases for those listeners who followed the careers of the Burke family from their beginnings as The Five Stairsteps. I noticed that Amazon recently announced this title would be reissued on Compact Disc in January 2014 along with Keni Burke's 1977 solo release 'Keni Burke' which was waxed for Dark Horse as well and until now had also been unavailable on CD. It's a shame that lead singer Clarence Burke, Jr. passed away in 2013 without seeing these two titles finally getting the reissue treatment they've long deserved.
