Useful disco business on the Kimsha label - 'Unity' subscribes to classic good times prescription, universal lyric, nice harmonies and full instrumentation, horns, strings - the full bit. Originally rare as, this first saw the light of day in 1976, blending musicians of caribean backgrounds, hitting the funk fulled early disco vibes around at the time. Highlight for this writer is the most funk based track 'Better Days', with nifty bass, and insane keys. 'Time tunnel' also impresses, and while the more soulful material has perhaps dated less favourably, this is still a lovely piece, and able to cause a ruckus all over again.
